Hmm true. I hadn't thought about that. My biggest triggers are light and sound. We were moving a bunch of metal racking today at work. Guess i'll have to add ear plugs to my rescue kit.
Heh and yeah i have to try really hard not to throw and break things too. Mainly when i get angry.
