Why do i have issues with conversation

I talk my self all the time front other people or my mother and now i feel frustrated and i think u calling me troll you dont understand me i dont have aspergers syndrome because u calling me troll

Have you taken any evaluations, either self-tests or professional tests from a doctor?

I know you're saying that you don't have Asperger's, but if you were able to say that this or that was the official reason why you communicate differently, people might be a little more understanding.
