I would still throw things around if it wasn't for my beloved Everlast punching bag.

I sometimes throw an object if I have unintentionally made it piss me off. For example, one time I was listening to music with headphones from a cassette player at my grandmother's, but for some reason I unplugged the headphones when I went off to eat lunch. When I came back, I resumed listening to the music, but had forgotten that I had taken the headphones out. The music obviously blasted out, and my family yelled at me. I got annoyed with myself for that, and took it out of the headphones by throwing them across the room.

Yes, and it has happened until recently. I am using that to stress that it still happens at 56, not to say it does not happen anymore. I am sure it will if I hit outburst of worse, meltdown.

Used to throw quite a few things in a temper when I was younger, but I guess it was really most prevalent when I was still a child. I was a very angry kid and just couldn't contain myself. I remember I'd had an argument of some kind once with my mum and was pacing about my room, seething. I was looking for something to throw or destroy and opted for the brand new paper lantern for the light bulb in my room. I loved that thing, but I put my foot through it. :/

Sometimes, if really stressed. On one occasion I threw my laptop across the room. The upside is: I learned how to repair my laptop.

Never, never, ever throw a tub of cocoa powder at the kitchen wall. Thankfully it was almost empty, but cocoa powder is a pig to clean up. Everything in my kitchen is sticky now. Sigh.

One time when I was 12, I threw my boots at one of my classmates. I was very angry that day. That particular boy was my closest target.
