I've been administered two professional psychological/IQ tests over the past eight years, both of which described my motor skills as problematic and my mental flexibility as even worse. What is mental flexibility, though? Is it the ability to learn new rules? I did a test that I thought was a learning test, but turned out to be problem-solving test, on which I excelled.

My definition: the ability to be a critical thinker and to consider all sides of an argument.

Also: the ability to change one's viewpoint upon the presentation of input which refutes the previous viewpoint, even if this "new truth" hurts.
