Could it be aspergers?

I have been diagnosed with ADHD but I am not sure if it may be aspergers
My symptoms are:
-Obsessions with things, usually not human
-Extreme shyness
-Being introverted
-Throwing fits of crying in public over small issues
-Paying too much attention to detail
-Getting lost in my own thoughts
However,
-My obsessions are sometimes brief, the least time focusing on one subject was 1 month for me
-I do have friends and people like me
-Im not neat and do not have a thought out schedule

Could it be aspergers??
