Well, The Hyper- sensory issues are almost overly presented. They are like hearing everything at once. While hypo- senory issues are like not seeing properly or not being able to hear things It's not quite the same as being deaf or blind though. I could see how you could mistake being deaf as having hyper-sensitive hearing. Though It isn't quite the same thing. Even though it does increases you're other senses.

You two of my biggest problems are sound and light. I am undersensitive to touch.

I can only see details, it took a long time to learn to draw the whole image, i have to unfocus my vision to see a whole object. I cant stay in areas where there are flourecent lights or even sunlight. The bright lights physically hurt and can feel like a strobe light. Lights can also make reading painful because the words jump around and make it hard to concentrate

Loud noises have always been an issue too. Crowded areas with lots of people talking makes my head feel like its buzzing, thensound waves literally feel like theyre bouncing off the walls of the inside of my skull. Loud noises can cause me to actually rage and meltdown, especially if i cant control them. The list is extremely long.

I have undersensitive touch. I used to throw myself to the ground to stim, then i started cutting myself. I have a lot of bruises because i dont always notice when i bump into objects or dont feel pain when i fall down. I also get a lot of pleasure from deep preasure therapy, i trained my dog to lay on me ( shes 100 pounds) when im stressed out. However i still dont really liked to be touched by people.
