Once you have a diagnosis of paranoia it's very difficult to get people to accept you may be on the spectrum. This is because of lazy thinking where all symptoms are seen to be attributable to the paranoia.

Paranoid PD. Am prone to paranoia but don't fit the descriptors of people with it.

Thats me screwed then :lol: . I haven't been Dx with paranoia but I do suffer from what I believe is paranoia or referential thinking
