Sensory Compression Sheet - Thoughts?
Has anyone used a "sensory compression sheet" for sleeping? It is basically a tube of stretchy fabric that slides over your mattress. Then you wiggle under it and it hugs you while you sleep...or at least that is my understanding from the website. I have two main questions:
1. Has anyone who has used this felt "trapped" by the sheet or claustrophobic? I am not sure if I would find the sensation pleasant and relaxing or alarming...
2. Would it be possible to use this in a bed you share with a partner? If so, would the partner need to be under the compression sheet as well, or could he/she sleep on top of the sheet and use "normal" blankets?
They are a bit expensive, so don't want to order one if I am not pretty confident it will work. Thanks for any input.
