In crisis please help

My name is Steven, I'm 26 yrs old, I live in Texas and I need your help. I'm specifically looking for a neurologist who can treat neurodevelopmental disorders/neurogenetic brain injuries. I was born with a severe brain injury from a genetic disorder; I have developmental delay as well as autism. Right now I need treatment because I'm in a neurological and emotional crisis. I don't know what to do; I'm in a crisis and my symptoms are severe. I need treatment in these specific areas; these four problems need to be fixed/managed/brought under control:

1) I have extreme sensory over-responsivity and emotional dysfunction
2) Severe motor function and muscle weakness disability
3) Brain chemistry/neurotransmitter imbalance
4) I suspect I have an diagnosed neuro degenerative disease

Please let me know if you can help (or if you know of someone who can help); I'm just barely hanging on. Lately it feels like I'm dying and that my brain is destroying itself. I suffered severe stroke like symptoms in May 2014 (pressure in my head, severe neurological nerve pain, motor function damage, etc). I've been trying to get help but nobody has helped me; I really want to get well, and to be healthy and happy.

If these concerns are immediate and had a recent rapid onset, you need to call 911 or go to the emergency room. If they are chronic/long-term, schedule an appointment with your primary care physician. If you don't have or can't afford a PCP, search for free clinics in hospitals near you.
