I saw a picture that showed ASD as a circle, where you can wake up every day with different values assigned to various life admin skills (Executive functioning, sensory processing, emotional recognition (Personal and interpersonal, Perception, Moror Skills)

I was wondering if people here were able to recognise how they were going day to day with each of these things?

Do you have any self check in tests you can do to see How you are faring?

Do you have any tricks to being able to improve these factors short term and long term?

Am I making sense?

ARE THESE MY HANDS?!? (Yes they are)

Would love to know your thoughts

Yeah! I'm fascinated to see if people have logical approaches to daily default emotional states. It seems like the sort of thing that, of all people, we would be striving to make.

Like, i have recently changed my approach to writing from, write 300 words a day, to Start writing on this topic. After I have started, I tend to not stop, so making the tricky part the achievable goal, the rest comes naturally. This is one of the ways i deal with Executive Function fluctuating day to day, but i presently have no way to be able to self check what levels they may be at!

Many days I'm just trying to recover from something, but can definitely notice the higher-functioning days. I have sometimes recorded my time use very accurately, but not made much use of the information to change the budget deliberately. Generally, my best aid has been making lists to reduce the load on short-term memory. I'm more productive when working with a partner who expects to continue each day where we left off, instead of tinkering with the plans. On my own, it is often wise to take a break for food and sleep while in the middle of a task, so it is easy to re-start later, and I don't get too burnt out.

That circle-with-changing-values is a new idea for me.
However, i do have to limited energy during the day that i have to assign to different skills (life skills and otherwise).

I have learned how to know how much energy i have at the start of the day by how easily i adjust to the light when i open my eyes.
This is due to experience, in my years i have found a pattern.

Not sure what is being asked. But when I get woken up for school by my mom, dad or cousin, they will go over a check list of sorts with me while helping me get dressed and ready to see where I am at that day.

Once in a while it's decided that I should stay home and do school on the internet because of heightened sensory issues.

Stuff like that.

Strong emotions is what I can remember, but can be from two mornings ago, or years ago. For days, I have little idea.

Exercise usually helps me deal with stress better.
