I am a 24 year old female currently living in Connecticut and I am looking for a roommate to move into a two bedroom two bathroom apartment in Ormond Beach, Florida. Must not smoke indoors and must like animals. A two bedroom two bathroom is $995, so the rent for each would be $497.50. The deposit is $250.00 and then utilities would be split in half for each. I am unemployed but I have SSI and disability that will cover my half of the rent and bills. Looking for a roommate between 18-34 years old. Must be willing to sign a 12-month lease. No drugs. Must pay rent and bills on time.
