A little bit of anger might be good
You don't want to get so angry that you feel like starting an argument with someone. But a little bit might be good. When white Europeans landed in what is now the United States of America historians estimate that there were 18-20 million Native Americans. By giving them diseased blankets, putting them in torture camps, starving them and killing them in wars eventually there were a mere 250,000 Native Americans left. They were forced off their land, lost almost all of their culture and heritage and some tribes were completely wiped out of existence.
What makes that so horrible and shocking is these people had never got involved with the wider world. They kept to themselves, living a relatively peaceful life. So if you think about how lousy human beings can be, and let's face it, most of these people would have been normal neurotypical people, it ought to make you feel a bit angry. Enough to not doubt yourself, to know that the people who treat you as inferior are really inferior themselves. Bullies are bullies. It's that simple. By being cruel we should recognise they negate their worth. What I'm saying is we are right. It's time we all believed in ourselves more.
Yes, I know. History, news today, my personal experience made be conclude years ago that I don't like most -- about 85% -- of the human beings. However, I don't think people with autism/aspergers are any better. In this group too , I don't like 85% of the people.
I have decided not to waste time, energy, emotion etc. to these people, and instead of that focus on the 15% group. Unfortunely these people or not so conspicious to me and I realize to my disappointment that I don't recognize them as quickly as I would like to. It would be nice if I would have an optimal filter or detector, so I could recognize these 15% people instantly. Maybe they are so elusive because of the Mahayana emptiness principle, but I have to think about and elaborate this more.

As a musical term for sure, "the '80s" imply the late '70s and early '90s. You can think of them as tapers of this golden decade.
I think wrath sometimes is a very good motivation to take action. You don't necessarily have to hurt others, but improve yourself. Ever since I began looking back at people giving me ugly looks they are too afraid to look at me anymore.
