Not true. She might not have known you and the man were already acquainted, but she knew his personal space and comfort were being challenged and she spoke up as an advocate on his behalf.

That does not make you a bad person, as such, but all of that does represent an act of criminal assault. None of us can ever threaten the "life, liberty and/or property" of another without consequence.

I have only ever been arrested twice, and both times were when I actually went to the police on my own after having committed a crime. The first time was when I was looking for help with an addiction problem -- chronic alcoholism -- and the second was mostly because I was looking for protection from retaliation after having done a payback to a bully.
