I found this list of high functioning autism symptoms and that's what my autism is and I'm like oh my god most of these sum me up. Do any of these sum you up at all?

I would say that list is much more accurate for myself also, compared to others. Only a few things on it I can't identify with.

I don't like this kind of lists - they mix autism traits with many co-ocurring conditions (food intolerrance, dispraxia, constipation etc.). They are just correlated with autism, not indicating it. They shoud be separated from the main symptoms.

This list sounds pretty much exactly like me.

Why do you not like this list when it seems to be the most accurate traits list?

A lot in the emotion and sensitivities category for sure. A few in all of the rest.

I agree that some might be other factors but this seems like a pretty appropriate list.
