Taking a long time to react/respond to question - sources?
An autistic self-advocate from Germany is trying to establish a legal precedent. For his argument, he's looking for unimpeachable sources that confirm that autistic people can take a long time to react to something, for example that they will only answer to a question a day or even a week later, to the surprise of non-autistic persons; that autistic people sometimes can't react very quickly in general; that unexpected events can paralyze autistic persons. He needs non-autistic "experts", or "recognized" parents' organizations, or autistics themselves only if they maybe wrote a book published with a "serious" publisher. Needs to convince a government agency/judge who don't believe in autistic self-advocacy. I already found a few English-language books/articles/webpages, but probably missed a lot. Can anyone think of anything pertinent (with relevant quotes would be much appreciated)? Thanks
