Ah, rage issues. Yes, I have those too. People think I'm unreasonable, but I think most human beings really are nightmarishly rage-inducing. A lot of them even do it on purpose.

You are investing others with entirely too much power. I don't have the time or energy to feel emotions that strong toward others. If you are young, you will eventually figure out that they are irrelevant to your life. If you are older, you need to realize this and move on. Leave them behind and use your own brain to figure out how to make your own life a success on your own terms. Live your own life and don't waste your energy on people capable of evoking these types of feelings. They are not worth it.

If you kill someone, you will just get thrown in jail and then you will be even more pissed off. That, or someone's girlfriend. Besides, killing is mean.

I know the feeling, but don't do it. Do you have a therapist you can talk to about these feelings? That's worked well for me.
