anxiety versus overstimulated
Other people seem to think a lot of what I feel is anxiety instead of over-stimulation. I disagree. I mean, anxiety is not really fear because fear is of something more specific than anxiety. There are things that I know will overstimulate me. But it's like telling someone they are anxious about chocolate because they will get a migraine. I also deal with physical problems from other health problems. Usually I am able to think along the lines of 'If you want to think I am anxious, then fine that that. I don't have to agree with you.'
Or have I lived in anxiety for so long that I don't know I am because to me it is normal? How would I even recognize it? Or am I right and I am not living in anxiety?
