It's great that you're seeking help for your problems. One thing I did when I began therapy was make a detailed list of everything I wanted to address and gave it to them. They responded very well to it. Just be honest and know that they're not there to judge you. If anything does happen to go wrong or you feel that you can't quite connect with your psychologist, you always have the right to stop seeing them and find someone who you feel more comfortable with.
