For people diagnosed with DSM-5 Autism Spectrum Disorder, what level are you? The first column is the Social Communication level and the the second column is the Restricted, Repetitive Behaviors level. Officially diagnosed individuals only, please. For people who haven't got their diagnosis updated, approximate answers are acceptable. But some kind of autism diagnosis is requested.

I was diagnosed pre-DSM-V, and never heard anything about "severity levels" back then.
But, I'd probably be on level 1-1, XP-grinding before the boss fight.

Huh, I had no idea the DSM V came with levels for 2 categories. I thought it was just level 1, 2 or 3 period. I was diagnosed with the DSM IV.

For the Behaviors level, it wasn't given to me either. Anyway, it is most likely Level 2, as I need sort of guarded learning.

My diagnosis, which is DSM-5, doesn't give two numbers - it just says "Level of Impairment: Moderate (Level 1 - Needs Support)".

Elsewhere in the assessment it states "All of these symptoms present at a moderate level", so I'm assuming that means that both the restricted / repetitive behaviours and the social communications level are at the same level. I'm voting 1 and 1, but I don't know for sure it's right.

This is weird to me, putting two categories with a different level of support.

The DSM-5 also mentions "Specify current severity" (bolding is mine). So it can change too. For example, when I do something living skills related, out in public- the social part changes to 2.

In my assessment report, I wasn't given any levels so I don't know what these refer to.

Specify current severity means specify severity as of the time of the assessment.

I was diagnosed under DSM 5. No level was given but the diagnosis was autism spectrum disorder (commonly known as Asperger’s syndrome) I am level 1 and although perhaps half a dozen people have worked out I am on the spectrum I present as NT and about as high functioning as they come.

I was diagnosed under DSM IV 6 years ago, so I don't know exactly.
But, given that people don't seem to beelive that I'm autistic, I'd say that I'm probably level 1:1.

Severe High Functioning Asperger's Syndrome here. I have to admit that I haven't heard about this level system before. Is this prevalent in the US only? Or Canada as well?

Supposedly, Canada has transitioned extensively (mentioned an online source back in 2014) as well.

@marcaevans, for a look at those severity levels, typing DSM-5 severity levels into Google search and clicking 'search' will show it. Images of these tables may help also.
