Do people with Asperger's tend to have more energy?

I'm not sure, but Asperger's does have a high rate of comorbidity with ADHD.

I sure as heck seem to. Some days I wonder where all the energy comes from.

Oh ya, all that sugar I (all ASDs) eat...

Usually I feel low energy

Often too tired and lazy to do much of anything, even talk

Numerous times got reform blood donation for anemia

And when not rejected, hemoglobin barely above the quota

Usually sleep 9pm to 5am

If there were an opposite to ADHD, that would describe me. I'm a slug and I always have been. Still, I take what is essentially Ritalin, but off-label, just to lift me out of my depressive stupor. It works somewhat.

I don't think high energy is necessarily an ASD thing (unless you have comorbid ADHD).

I had lots of energy and was hyperactive when I was a kid. Now I seem to always have much less energy that others around me.

I tend to get restless if I am forced not to be doing something (i.e. waiting for someone else).
I also get frustrated when I am feeling unwell, or a bit depressed, that I am unable to do as much as I feel I should be doing.

However, after my diagnosis last year I have found I give myself more slack if I am not doing something.
