I am only 90% sure that I am an asperger.

My test score in the aspie quiz:
autistic: 168 NT : 29
Test score for my twin sister ( to compare) : autistic: 83 NT : 154

First the things that make me think I don't have it:
High emotional intelligence ( I did a test with only 1 false answer but probably this is because of pattern recognition? )
I can understand normal people's humor and sarcasm most time

My biggest hints are the following ones, that as a child I was unable to keep standing on only one foot for a long time.
Furthermore my teachers couldn't read my hand writing in the 1st class.
I also had problems to swing back and forth and was unable to jump on the trampoline ( I understood the way it worked but was unable to time my feet to touch the ground at the same time)
I lived in my own world and liked hearing fantasy books while I was lying in the bed and imagined the world.
I am obsessed with the number 4.
I use a simple trick to relax. I always count from 1 to 4 4times in a row breath 4 times in a row in and then 4 times in a row out. It helps me stay focused and Noone notice it as I do it only very carefully.
I like the number because each hand has 4 fingers ( without the thumb) and I have 4 ( arms and legs with each 4 “fingers“) also it is the only number that has following cool thing:
2*2=4
2+2=4
2^2=4
And it is a even number ( I don't like odd numbers)
For me the number stands for order.

What do you think, am I an asperger?

What makes you so sure?
Is there maybe any other possible diagnosis because some aspects of aspergers don't apply to me.

I said my parents that I think I have aspergers and they said that I don't have it, because I wasn't showing many signs. But they also said they think I am not normal.

Long story short: I am officially dxd with aspergers (got the thorough multi day battery of tests only a few years ago as a middle aged person). And I am pretty similar to you. Have the same symptoms, and also lack the same symptoms as you. Don't get meltdowns, and understand sarcasm and such. Have (or had when I was a child) similar sorts of obsessions like about numbers.
