IT contract employee w/co-workers wanting him to sabotage..

I recall several years ago a poster here on the spectrum who had a link to an audio conversation where he discussed how he was given projects to do in this IT department and he'd be given subtle cues that he shouldn't put forth the effort, he should act like it is too much to handle, things of that nature. He didn't pick up on the cues, he performed his work honorably to the chagrin of these coworkers. Later he found out they disliked their supervisor and this had been their underhanded way of trying to get this individual ousted.

Yep...this happens all the time. It annoys the s**t out of me.
