Crying
Whining
Shouting
Screaming
Slamming/kicking doors
Swearing
Hitting myself in the head/face
Arguing with other people
Shaking (from anger)

Thankfully antidepressants have stopped these meltdowns for me.

i lose self awareness during a meltdown i stamp my feet sometimes go on the floor and i hit out at people who try to touch me also i shout and throw things across the floor. i also dont want to speak to people particularly people who caused meltdown , if they do try to speak i yell at them to shuttup and leave me alone or i just go off away from them.
