Are women with asd usually significantly taller than average?
To me it seems so

Can't say that I've noticed that.

I'm a short, Aspie-like guy.

I've known short women on the Autistic Spectrum---and tall women, too.

Well all diagnosed autistic women I've met (as far as I know) face to face have been taller than the average adult woman where I come from, but since I've only met a few that's not really a reliable source of information... not to mention "average height" is different in different places.

I don’t think there’s a correlation between height and autism in women, but I have always considered to be tall. As a child I was the tallest first grader in my class, at 130 cm, and now I’m still rather tall, but more near the average. I’m 170 cms tall, but I’m my father’s shortest child (my brother is 180, my sister 175, and my father is 196 cms tall). And I’m the only one in my family with diagnosed ASD.

I'm only about five feet tall.

I knew a girl named Kaeti in high school. She was not Aspie. She was about 5 foot 9 inches tall.

I am 167 cm tall, this is average height. My NT sister is taller than me. As a child I was the smallest in my class.

LOL....If you were the smallest in you class, you're around lots of tall people.

I am a man, and I'm 164.5 cm tall.

I grew up a lot when I was 16-17 years old. Before that I was very small. To my 15 years of age I couldn't sit in the car in the front seat (limit 150 cm and age 12 years).

Well, take an inch off, and that's my height (5 foot 8 inches).

My growth was stunted thanks to ARFID, so I only ended up five foot one inch.

5 foot 1 is not particularly short. It's a pretty common height for women.

My mother is 5 foot 1.

It's like being about 5 foot 6 for a man, I feel.

I'm short enough that getting things off shelves is a pain.

That's about average for a woman. That's about 5 foot 4.

I'm only a half centimeter taller than you; and I'm a man.
