I often will flap my hands when I walk.

Autistic people also having developmental coordination disorders is fairly common.

Yeah, never can figure out what I'm meant to be doing with these things, unless I'm trying to catch something I dropped. Then I apparently channel Peter Parker.

Trying to be extra careful with something, ironically tends to ensure it will be dropped.
Trying to catch an object flying at me often results in failure.
Not Trying to catch an object flying at me sometimes results in catching it with ninja-like precision.
One of the indications in my aspie diagnosis was that I never used my hands to gesture while speaking. (Side note: Not sure if that's even a true diagnostic criterion).
Occasional single-hand clap stim...
I guess those are awkward hand things.

That's much like how I am - I've mentioned it a few times in older posts. I can be very fluid and dextrous once I commit something to muscle memory, including typing, building electronics and playing musical instruments, but try to demonstrate a new tool to me that I have never used before, and I will be hopelessly clumsy. When I'm out walking, I will often have more trouble getting over or around obstacles if I stop to think first; when my mind is wandering, I can go miles without too many problems and barely even remember the route or terrain.

I'm quite handy with a bicycle, but one time I thought about really sprinting hard. I only thought about my upper leg, and my foot slipped off the pedal.
