Teeth grinding

Hi guys. I have a really sore jaw from teeth grinding constantly especially at night. I hear this could be a form of stimming and I stim all the time and I only just realised I grind all the time. Is there anything I can do to help or does anyone do anything to help??ty

I just live with it but others here have suggested mouth guards in previous threads
