Yet another Emotional Intelligence test
So work was getting people to do some training on How to Influence People (No, I don't think I'm good at influencing people). Anyway, through the training, I had to do an EQ test.
The questions on this one actually resulted in me scoring higher than I have on other typical EQ tests, although still in the "Requires attention and development" on all areas.
Here's a link to the test (unfortunately a PDF, you can't do it online). You do just add up your scores in each category though.

Here's how I scored:
Emotional Awareness: 22/40
Emotional Management: 14/40
Social Emotional Awareness: 18/40
Relationship Management: 16/40
I'm thinking that the reason I did better on this than other EQ tests is because this one likely includes questions that are more Affective empathy type questions, which people with ASD are actually good at.
For example, "It genuinely bothers me to see other people suffer" and "I care what happens to other people" feel like they are more Affective empathy than Cognitive empathy.
