This happens to me quite a lot. I would be doing something well anything. Could be work, could be when I am walking around a Shopping Mall etc., what happens is all of a sudden I get extremely tired, with the tiredness I get a mild headache, on occasion for good measure I start getting anxiety issues. Truth is each time there is no need or reason for this. Does anyone know what could cause this.

As an Aspie it is possible that you may be experiencing burnout without realising it.

Agree, burnout. My husband gets like this and has to literally go to sleep sometimes.

That is what I thought burnout. Sometimes it can just happen for no apparent reason.

I assume sleep disorder. I get this also. I just figure my brain has issues when it comes to regulating my sleep.
