Will I need to get reevaluated for ASD and my other diagnoses for collage? My diagnoses are rather old at this point, and was when Aspergers was still a diagnosis.

If so, as I suspect, will it be any different?

If you have an official diagnosis, you probably don’t have to get re-evaluated.

I'm 24 and got my first diagnoses in 2013 when I was 19.

It's been almost 5 years and had to get reevaluated for Harbor Regional, so they could see if they help me.

Turns out I still have Autism.

If your last diagnoses was Asperger's, you should probably get reevaluated to keep it current.

Having an updated diagnoses will probably give you better support and if anyone says you need a current one, you have it.
