He seems aspie like.
He is quite an obnoxious man but there's indications he doesn't fully understand social rules or other people's intentions.
He's also blunt and honest, not aware of how people perceive him.
In both the scenes he tells the truth about his intentions. He's not respectful to women but at least they can see him coming. He isn't able to sugarcoat it so hes not dangerous. He also reveals he's already got some workers lined up for being fired, unlike his boss who is sweet talking. His honesty actually is helpful to others, the truth makes you more aware.
