Can Aspergers make you act bad? Can Aspergers also make you forget alot of stuff like pretending to smile & to be polite like saying thank you & other things when someone really close to you dies?

I think Asperger's can make it harder to know the socially appropriate way to act and how you're supposed to act in a given situation.

It's not Aspergers, it's grief. Almost anyone can forget to be polite, or might behave aggressively when they're experiencing grief. It brings negative emotions besides just sadness. It takes time to deal with those things.

Asperger's can make us fail to do the "correct" thing, but so can youth and inexperience.

My Aspergers caused me to have lots of behavioral problems with my parents as a kid but that was partly cuz they did NOT understand my issues & other disabilities. I got overwhelmed from being at skewl & needed to wind down & relax the whole time I was off but my parents were on my back about homework & my grades which caused me to have LOTS of BAD meltdowns where i'd yell & curse my mom out from being on my back. At one point my parents heard the label, Oppositional Defiant Disorder applied to me because of my behavior with them. I was also bullied aLOT in skewly party cuz of my Aspergers behaviors & misunderstandings & the bullies would stick together & accuse me of being the problem so I was in trouble alot which also explained the ODD label cuz I tried to explain myself to the teachers & principles & was accused or arguing & talking back.
