Do people get more anxiety when you have Aspergers?

I'd say yes. Anxiety is so common with Aspergers, it's almost a requirement.

A lot of Aspies including me do. It's probably because we have such a hard time fitting in & adapting to the world.

Going through a bad time with anxiety recently. Was awful yesterday, was sat at work panicking, my head was rushing and I just wanted to shut myself away

I'm reading this question as do other people get anxiety because of us. Yes this would make sense because I know how hard it can be to be around an aspie and dealing with their issues.

Yes I have anxiety, mine is caused by how my brain is wired, not by any life events or trauma.

I think that is true for a lot of people. For me, my anxiety actually causes more issues in my life than my Autism, if that makes any sense.
