Feeling actually stuck

Sometimes I just feel as if I can't do anything and its like something won't let me move.
It can happen if I'm out somewhere of just relaxing.
And I don't want to do anything else.
I can't think properly and everything gets confused.
And talking about this reminded me, recently every night before I fall asleep I jump in bed.
I thought it was a seizure.
Its been happening a lot.

I think you need to talk to a professional about this. They’ll help you figure out if this is a mental or physical problem.
