I figured out the difference is one is one day and it’s fun and the other is 3 long days and there is also a huge social and concentration aspect and I have some anticipation anxiety over it as well which is the difference between the two and why one causes me stress and the other does still but not as bad

I guess you like concerts better; it's about motivation, really.

You are not as motivated at a convention as you are at a concert.

Are there people or acquaintances you’re supposed to socialize with at the convention? At a concert, you aren’t expected to socialize. You can just do your own thing.

There are conventions I was expected to go to with my family which I dreaded, but I don’t go anymore because I got very anxious due to their social aspect.

Yes. The conventions I went to with my family were 3 days and had a huge social aspect as well. They totally stressed me out. I felt like an oddball because everyone else seemed to enjoy them and looked forward to them all year.

If you need to, take breaks in the car or some place you can find that’s quiet.

It's funny how "no worries" has now superseded all which used to mean "no sweat, no problem" LOL.

“No worries” has fewer syllables. LOL

I like it. "No sweat" makes me picture someone sweating, which is unpleasant. "No problem" is often an odd response when the trivial issue should never have been a "problem" in any case.

"No worries" seems to better apply to either party ("I'm caused no worry" or "Don't you worry"). That vagueness allows me to let it apply to them even if I'm stressed and still be polite and honest.

I don't know....I still haven't gotten used to "no worries" LOL

I believe it comes from Australia, and first became popular around the time of "Crocodile Dundee," though I hardly heard it before 5 years ago.
