I only have about 8 meals on the list that I can eat without feeling sick.
I'm really struggling to find more I can eat.
List of meals I currently enjoy
1.pasta (no creamy sauces)
2.fish and chips
3. Pizza, (many different flavours)
4. Sausage and mash with peas
5.chicken stir fry
6.mince and mash potato (no onions in gravy)
7.burgers
8.BBQ meats.

Since I've learned to cook I've discovered that I can eat a lot more foods if I cook them just the right way.

When you mentioned feeling sick OP I was thinking you might have some stomach or gastrointestinal issues like acid reflux but since your able to eat pizza, sausage, burgers, & BBQ meats; I'm guessing this might be a psychological thing or taste sensitivity thing. Maybe very gradual exposure to other foods like other foods mixed in with the stuff you can eat would help.

The great thing about cooking is that you can omit anything you don't like from a recipe.

I was one of those Aspies who had issues with mixed foods...

Think about what you have on the pizza. Think about the type of burger, the type of sausage, the type of meat. Wikipedia will help. Trial and error. Play with flavours.

I understand the issue you are having. I rotate between plain cheese and tomato pizza, fish and chips and fish pie. I do occasionally have other stuff, but I mainly eat one of the three I’ve listed.
At work I will only eat a tuna and sweet corn or cheese and pickle sandwiches. I take multivitamins and have a Huel shake for breakfast to make sure my body gets everything it needs, as having such a limited diet can cause you to miss out on vital nutrients.
As long as you make sure you are getting the right amounts of vitamins, minerals, fibre and nutrients, I personally don’t see a problem with a limited diet.

That would drive me insane. Need different stuff to try. If there's no medical reason you might want help sorting that.

I'm a really fussy eater I also don't eat factory farmed and that eliminates lots of foods I used to enjoy.

I will eat the same meal every night for about a week then move onto something else.
