I want an aspergers diagnosis so I feel like I'm allowed to act like myself. Im not completely sure if I have aspergers though. Whenever people talk about their experiences, and how they feel, I feel like that's the most I've ever related to another person. Sensory issues, word processing issues, being overwhelmed easily by people, being unable to communicate what I'm feeling the "right way", and always having to GUESS what people really mean or how to act around people, it's all been problems for me I just want to fix. Even if it can't be fixed, I'd like a word to be able to explain to others why I'm so bad at being a person. Could anyone tell me their experiences or if I'm just not on the spectrum?
It's not possible to diagnose over the internet, and without knowing you it's impossible to say if you're even likely to be autistic.
BUT rest assured, it's ok to be you

I'd strongly encourage you to find a healthcare professional who is sympathetic to you who can advise whether or not autism is part of the answer, because whatever is going on it's good to have accurate answers

Do your own research so you can advocate for yourself, and so you can understand the issues involved, and if your healthcare professionals aren't able to provide the support you need, keep searching until you find someone who works well with you.
This forum is an excellent resource for understanding the variety of experiences of those on the spectrum. Welcome
