Is it my fault for having no friends to socialise with ?
I sometimes look at people like couples my age (29 or younger) in the street walking past and at times thinking 'how did they meet and get together ?' I seem to think the only way to meet people is to go out and go to a club or something even though I hate clubbing. But it frustrates me when I see people like that socialising and having a great time whereas I do socialise only with family, colleagues at work and customers. But I don't know what there is that can be suggested as I looked for things like on meet up like book clubs and found none and I did volunteering but I won't go back to it and didn't socialise well with people there. If you don't want to go to a club then how else can you meet someone ? It does make me feel like I'm missing out by not doing that and no one is interested in me
There should be some sort of "book club" on the Internet. Sometimes, within these "clubs," there are "meetups."
I can't really say whether or not it's "your fault."
I would try to keep a mindset wherein having difficulty making friends just might not be "your fault." Rather, it's more of a "luck" type of thing.
