I have come across something interesting. There appears to be a drug currently under testing that supposedly helps in social bonding for ASD individuals.

The drug functions as a vasopressin A1 receptor antagonist. I haven't done much research yet and I fear that my knowledge / language barrier will hinder my attempts to understand the details.

What are your thoughts? When do you think this drug could be adopted for official treatment?

I would be willing to become a lab rat for the tests but I think that the drug will not come to my country for several years.

If it "cures" people of their inability to socialize, then I am all for it.

However, it would not be a real cure, but only a treatment -- something to temporarily relieve anti-social feelings.
