Is there anyone else here that get's a headache after ranting (or "blood-letting")? Usually after a few paragraphs, a good portion of my mind just stops working and I get a headache that lasts for about an hour or two. I have trouble thinking and putting together thoughts and ideas. I also get this sort of vertigo-like feeling.

I'll ask again in case you've frogotten...Is there anyone else here that get's a headache after ranting (or "blood-letting")?

It varies. Sometimes I get a headache, sometimes I just crash and pass out for an hour or so, sometimes I get really hungry. Sometimes all of the above :) . All in all, I quite enjoy it, it's worth it.

Yes! I will finish my bloodletting and my mind
will give me a "needs a break" alert. This is
a healthy sign of healing and grasping a
subconsious feeling that needs to be revealed
to a conscious surface!

By the progressive bloodlettings you experience
lessened or deeper headaches but that will
pass like a sneeze that leads to a cleansing
of the body cold!

Sincerely,
Ghosthunter

For me, a successful bloodletting is when food
tastes like cardboard before bloodletting and
resumes to tasting like food again afterwards.

And a good night sleep after negative nights
sleep is another good sign of a successful
bloodletting!

Sincerely,
Ghosthunter

P.S and hi! Sarcastic_Name and Pyraxis.

Ranting makes me feel at peace. I'm then able to focus better and be mre productive in my day.

B/c it is so difficult for me to speak, I don't really rant or write my rants. I prefer the destructive mode of carthistis. In other words, I like to take a slegehammer and blow the living tar out of something. Makes me feel good, and my headaches are a bit odd in the way that I really, really enjoy them. (Auras are FUN for me!)

Actually, I get more headaches, exhaustion, hunger after verbally ranting. On here, I can't say I get many headaches (in the literal sense of course). ;)

Ooooh, something I can relate to :D

When I get angry or upset about something and have a rant (either verbally or online) I feel as if my head has got extremely hot. When I have finished my rant I have a terrible headache and feel exhausted. I usually can't function much until I've had some sleep.
