I don't know whether it's just me but I find adjusting hard. For example I have a routine with my clothes . Wear Monday/Tuesday and then Wednesday/Thursday. Wash Friday which my granddaughter hangs out for me before or after she takes me shopping. Wear Friday/Saturday/Sunday and wash Monday which the cleaner hangs out for me.
This week the granddaughter is recovering after an operation and I'm going shopping on Sunday instead with my stepdaughter.
Although I have no trouble using the washing machine I struggle to put clothes on the clothes horse. I am now getting in a state over whether to still do a wash Friday or have 3 sets of clothes to wash on Monday. This is despite knowing that if I ask my stepdaughter she will come round and hang out the washing for me.

I would wash Friday because you aren’t going shopping as you normally do, so that means you can take your time to hang out the clothes slowly.

Maybe, hang out tops first, go inside and drink water, then go back out and do bottoms, go inside and go to the bathroom, go back outside and do intimate clothing.

By taking breaks it may be easier.

Good luck!
