Can Aspie have problems in their muscles? My muscles can hurt a little bit, it can feel a little weak & feels like I have trouble moving around. The cold weather makes it hard to do things like put things away, open a package, the weather makes it hard to get things done.

This sort of thing happens to every person.

The West Coast has been cold lately. I think even LA got a little bit of snow one day.

Yes Kitty, almost every person I know who has chronic pain, such as arthritis or fibromyalgia, complains they can feel it in their body, when the weather gets increasingly cold, damp, or sometimes, even just has a change in barometric pressure.

Try not to exert yourself overly, if this applies to you. For example, don't offer to shovel the walk!

Soaking in a warm or hot bath is very soothing to body aches, and if you can add some Epsom salts (get them at a drugstore) it seems, somehow, to be even better. Most likely, this is because the body absorbs some of the magnesium in the Epsom salts.

Hope you feel better soon. Spring is not that far away. :)
