Intelligence- an obsession

Quite a lot of people think IQ tests are bunkum when it comes to measuring intelligence . How much they are ,or aren't, I wouldn't like to say. However I'm obsessed with how much I fall on the intelligent side or , to put it crudely, dumb as f*** side .

I think having a spiky cognitive profile adds fuel to the bonfire of insecurity and low self esteem . There's the much higher verbal intelligence vs the much lower non-verbal intelligence, but which is more relevant ?
