So if people are diagnosing characters from books as being on the spectrum (eg. plenty of articles out there saying Charles Wallace and possibly Meg from A Wrinkle in Time are probably on the spectrum), why not cartoons?
Is it just because there is significantly less character development in cartoons?
I don't know. I think people may not like it because it seems like
every character in books or cartoons has ASD and they are sick of hearing that made up characters have their disorder. That's just my guess!
