I have been using it for six weeks and I am trying to decide if it is doing anything or not.

I feel like I don't get the feeling of panic when overloaded in work but could this be just me getting a placebo effect?

I would be interested in other peoples opinions on the stuff.

Thanks.

Never used it, though it's been suggested for my chronic pain, but I don't trust it

haven't used it. Did spend a fair amount of my youth smoking lots of marry jane
to excess, can't say that improved my mental health any... lol
although i am open minded to listen. perhaps even try some.

The problem is that most stoners who are regular smokers, will say that CBD is the new miracle
cure for everything, because they love their drug of preference.

So can be tricky to work out what is bs and what is fact, or at least, what is best for you.
I guess only you can tell.

In my experience Diazepam works a treat for panic attacks, and anxiety which i would say includes
sensory overload meltdown.

However, because Diazepam is a known drug that is abused by people who use drugs habitually and recreationally
and the drug is highly addictive. Doctors generally don't like prescribing them.

I can see their side of the story, as if someone becomes physically addictive to high doses of Diazepam and then try and come off. If for example, they are caught out without a dose for what ever reason.
They can end up having major with drawl symptoms such as convulsions that can potentially result in death.

I think that if used sporadically, on occasion, say once or twice a month. at low doses. then
that would be more effective than anything else, apart from perhaps opium or something.

But hey, through time. people have over used all these things, so the people who really need the drugs
now cant get them because of the others who ruined it all for them....

but nevermind.

It has helped reduce discomfort and swelling in some of my inflamed joints, but other than that I don't think i notice an effect.
