So last night I go downstairs to wait for my husband and a bunch of little old ladies are sitting down there... This is the second time this has happened... Suddenly their conversation changes and they start talking about Asperger's/autism... Seriously, they trying to tell me something? Lol... I told them I suspected but was undiagnosed, maybe there was some sort of rumor going around and they were trying to get something out of me?

This little old lady doesn't know what to make of your little old lady neighbours. They don't connect directly, do they? That's what I find troublesome about NTs - if only they would say what they mean!
