I sometimes get it in my arms at night though I have not had them for a while. (Grr. Keep needing to correct my spelling so I must be tired). Someone said it could be an autistic trait? I don't know how?
Also, I do get the feeling of things travelling through my veins. I can't wear tight socks or pants (Underpants). I know I am sensitive on my skin so it could be that. It is as if worms travel through my veins! Strange eh!

That is very interesting because I sometimes get a similar feeling in my body. It's like tingling all over and sometimes I get very slight tremors that are my whole body as well. No one can explain what it is to me. I wonder if you and I have something similar.

How much physical exercise do you get?

The symptoms you describe could be just a result of poor circulation, which tends to happen if one has not been getting enough physical exercise.

I've experienced them sometimes myself when I haven't been getting enough exercise. They go away when I start exercising regularly again.

No idea. I read or heard somewhere that it may habe something to do with autism, though I don't know why or how many people get it. Not sure about physical exercise as I also used to get the same when I was cycling 100+ miles a week (The not being able to wear tigjt things etc as unles I wear lose socks my feet go i to pins and needles and the things going through veins, though currently I hardly do exercise due to the energy loss situations which are (I believe) partial shutdowns). Exercise foe me is cycling. Never have been any good at running or sport etc. Cyxlinb I can regulate my energy better.

I am an athlete and even at the height or training I still get these sensations. But I do also have circulation issues. I have Raynaud's Syndrome.
