Step 1: get born into super wealthy family full of entertainers
Alt. get molested by super wealthy established person in the entertainment industry who gives you a role as compensation.
Step 2: get super rich wealthy parents to pay for lots of lessons in field of choice and then get given your own projects.
Alt. If this route doesn't work, because the person is tone death, or talentless in their field of choice, or just too dam lazy to do anything themselves, you can always take the L... A..n route and find someone who from a poor background such as myself who has spent their entire life working out how to make music themselves, and pay your drug dealer to find a thief to break into the their house, steal all their music and then either take credit for it all or use the music etc. as collateral as bargaining chips to get in with other people.
Then once you have found fame, you can use your undeserved place to then get everyone you know (and everyone who your victim knows, and i really do mean everyone) to victimise the your victim until they die.
This is the state of the entertainment industry for many, perhaps not all, but you look into the background of all the top entertainers who not only make it big when young but stay big for ever.
The days of the poor kids make it big have long gone. Unless someone comes out with a new idea and it gets big before the syndicates of rich kids target you. But this is not a new phenomena.
I was reading a biography of a guy called Kenny Jones, who was the drummer from the Small faces.
And he explained the main reason why the small faces didn't get as big as they should have is because the rival big bands were doing all they could to sabotage their success.
This is how the entertainment industry works i am afraid, much like politics.
Horrible basically. and people from bands that i love were all involved.
Horrible.
I also remember a story about Pertrulia Clark who sang "down town", going to the press to tell the world that
Jimi Hendrix was just a big hoax and wasn't any good at anything.
How wrong she was, but that was the type of thing that these people get up to all in desperate effort to not only get success but to maintain their success, so they can enjoy their privileged existence as one of the entertainment GODS, and be worshipped as GODS, (replacement for religion, GODS of consumerism, that and politicians and businessmen. corrupt of course. by very nature). This is the world that such people have made. and what a world.
think i prefer nature.
But still.
If you are a musician . actor . artists. still do what you do as that is who you are.
for love, creative expression and spiritual fulfilment.
