It is anoying, when I have someting to say, and then I start the conversation going into minute details before building up to the point I was going to say and then it has gone and people are puzzled what I'm on about in the first place!

Also, so many times I go upstairs or outside to get something only to get there and my mind goes blank, and I go back to where I was in the hope that I can get to remember what it was I went to get!

*all* the time. So frustrating. I think I probably waste an hour or two of every day just forgetting and retracing steps.

^ same. -or sometimes people aren't intending to interrupt, but they ask me side-tracking questions about what I'm trying to say, instead of just letting me get through my admittedly laborious sentences.
