Should I sort of "rest" and not worry about it, since now my current doc says I'm on the spectrum, even though she's still got me down as bipolar, and also several other mental health people in the past including my current talk therapist say I have it, or should I not stop until I have it down officially? I don't know if it would help to have a diagnosis though... Arrrggghhhh

I don't know. I stopped at a similar point and I don't intend to push it. All I needed was a key to understanding what I was feeling, words to describe it. I really lacked them and now I'm happy to know them.
