Did You Think You Were Autistic and Get Told You're Not?

I'm just kind of curious, because I know a lot of autistic people get misdiagnosed with other things like anxiety, depression, ADHD, etc., but did you or someone you know ever think they were autistic only to be evaluated and told they had something else?
